Not your usual pregnancy reading material...

If I've learned anything from being pregnant, it's that each pregnancy is as different as each person who is pregnant. That said, a lot of the popular books give general knowledge and do a good job of covering the basics, but I wanted something else. As interesting as it is to read about symptoms, the baby's progress, and whatnot, all I can really do is wait... and try and eat... and wait some more for the real deal to start!

I've decided to go a more unconventional route, get to the nitty gritty and read about other women's experiences having babies, so I've added to my reading list the following:

Hi Trudy, my favorite during pregnancy was the classic "What to expect when you're expecting" and one of my favorites post-birth was "Doctor Mom." In fact, it's REALLY a good thing I had that one!!!
